Here is a standard lamp that I gave the shabby chic treatment to. Just love that material on the shade. I currently have the three tiered chandelier attachment that you see on it, listed on eBay.
I have several standard lamps ready for a makeover at the moment and can attach one of these chandelier attachments for a fee. They really give them that wow factor!
Here is another pretty one with lots of crystal beading that was in the window of one of the stores that stock my lamps.
